Had to have an old crown removed. I was too nervous about what was going on with the tooth underneath after the old crown was removed. Dr. Hayward and his Team put me at ease and worked swiftly. I'm sooooo glad I found him and his group. This was a great visit. I'm definitely not afraid of going to the dentist anymore because of Dr. Hayward.
I used to have a real issue going to the dentist. Dr. Harward is an excellent dentist and truly cares about his patients. He takes his time, thoroughly explains the process, and makes every effort to ensure a calming and comfortable experience.
Dr. Harward is simply awesome and not pushy at all with treatment plans. The hygienists have all been very thorough, yet gentle.
Millpond dental staff are a cute above the rest. The care and detail to work are impeccable. Each and everyone provided exceptional care, from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist. From the minute I walked in I was greeted warmly by Heather and immediately I felt comfortable. Within a few minutes Juanita came to get me, introduced herself as my hygienist. She was AMAZING!!! Always making sure I was comfortable and explaining each procedure. Then I met Dr. Harward. He is AWESOME!! Took his time explaining different options, answered all my questions and concerns. I can’t say enough good things about this practice and highly recommend it.
My first appointment was awesome! Juanita was very nice, helpful and professional. Dr Stephen Harward was great and made me feel like, "this is my Dentist!" Explained everything very clearly, was patient, I did not feel anxious at any point. For me that was very assuring. Front desk was very professional, personable and pleasant. Overall I would have to say, this was the best dental appointment I have ever had. I am looking forward to my next appointment. And this is a dental appointment! 😂 Even had a TV on the ceiling...genius!
Today was my first visit to Millpond Family Dental. Everyone there is very nice to me. The cleaning and the exam was thorough and pain free. Millpond is now my dentistry provider.
I had not been to the dentist due to a variety of other medical issues. I had a cracked tooth and went to Dr. Harward because my husband and daughter started going there. Boy am i glad I did. I'm getting several procedures done and this entire staff is exemplary. From the awesome ladies at the front desk to Honey (my hygenist) to Dr. Harward himself, I cannot say enough good things about everyone. They are so calm, explain everything as you go and put you so at ease. The work they do is top notch. I highly recommend Millpond Family Dental.

I'm honestly so afraid of the dentist. I had some bad past experiences, but going here actually helped me get over that fear. They were super efficient but still took the time to really listen to my concerns, which I appreciated so much. I had an extraction and an implant, and the whole process went incredibly smoothly. They even asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to when they noticed I was starting to get super anxious, and that helped so much. So yeah, Dr. Harward is honestly the best—really kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his patients. When my implant didn’t look quite right, he immediately ordered a new one at no extra cost just to make sure it fit perfectly. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is rare, and it made such a difference for me.

Leigh Ann was a blessing. Dentist visits usually come with a fair amount of anxiety for my wife and I, but Leigh Ann was great at calming us down and putting us at ease. The level of technology at this office, with the 3D scan of my teeth, was very impressive. 10/10 would recommend.
Took my child for his first dental visit, and it was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff, including the doctor and nurse, were exceptionally friendly and made my child feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Love this dentist! It is so convenient to my house and I am always greeted with a smile. Just had a crown replaced and it was seamless, painless and easy. The lab they used got my permanent crown right on the first try and I didn't have to sit for an hour while they adjusted it. So happy with my experience!

I've been seeing Dr. Harward for a few years now, and I must say he's the kindest and gentlest dentist I've ever had. He's also quite funny, which makes the procedures a little difficult sometimes! 😅 When his past location didn't list him as part of their team anymore after not responding to my appointment inquiries, I was excited to learn he started his own practice. The place is super clean and nice, and his employees are super friendly. Heather, who is usually at the front is such a cool person and it's always a pleasure to see her, as well as Dr. Harward. I also appreciate you can request an appointment online with dates and times and confirm via text. Great for people with phone anxiety. ❤️

First off - I just want to say how highly I recommend Dr. Harward. I have been a patient of his since about 2019 and I can’t say enough good things. Prior to my first visit with him, I was terrified of dentists and the entire experience after so many bad memories as a child and even poor work as a young adult. I ended up seeing Dr. Harward because I was having issues with work done by someone else, and after my appointment all of my concerns and pain were gone. I became a regular patient of his and enjoyed my visits, and he always was so kind and addressed all of my questions and concerns, no matter how long they took! He has helped me with fillings, cleanings, Invisalign, whitening, and tooth sensitivity and has been amazing with all of them. When I found out he started his own practice, my husband and I without a second thought, transferred to Millpond. His work and patient “bedside” manner is unmatched to anyone I’ve ever seen before. My husband and I just had our first appointment at his new office and can’t say enough good things! From the appointment making process, to the front desk staff, to the hygienists.. everything was stellar. Top of the line equipment in the x ray rooms, too! It was refreshing to see a clinic with modernized equipment. All in all, I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Harward and his team at Millpond. We will definitely be back. Editing to add that we happily drive over 30 minutes to receive the level of care provided.

I had a great experience at Millpond Family Dental today. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door, and I am one who usually gets anxious when I go to the dentist! Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and friendly. Soon after I arrived, the hygienist brought me back to the exam room and made sure I was comfortable. Shortly afterward, Dr. Harward came in and introduced himself. He was very friendly and wanted to know more about me, as I was new to the practice. His examination of my teeth was exceedingly thorough. Afterward, he described the plan for ongoing care. I could not have been more pleased with my appointment today. I highly recommend Millpond Family Dental and Dr. Harward to anyone who is looking for outstanding dental care.
Great, efficient care with well rounded dental service options for anything you and your family might need (from pediatrics to root canals). They have tv screens in the ceiling and other items to help kids feel comfortable or distracted during a visit. Dr. Harvard obviously loves children and is great with his approach to kids. The building is beautiful, you will be greeted with a smile, and Dr. Harward intentionally chooses his patient flow so that there is adequate time to address your needs and not rush you through. The practice also has a very reasonable rate for annual preventative dental care (exams, xrays,). I switched over when my kids needed several cavities filled and my practice was uncomfortable doing the work. Dr. Harvard took over their needs with ease and my kids were comfortable in his care and best yet, the price was reasonable.

Years ago, I had the worst experience at the dentists causing me to panic about even making an appointment. Bad dental experiences do make one hesitant to trust dentist again. Don't they! Highly recommend this practice! The doctor came to my son's preschool for career day and we decided to schedule cleanings for our whole family. The front desk staff member and doctor/nurse were all so welcoming to both me and my 7 year old. My 7 year old had a previous experience at another practice that left him feeling very anxious about visiting the dentist and all the staff members were kind and patient with him and made him feel so at ease with the cleaning. They came up with a treatment plan to address some concerns that they found and got us scheduled quickly for follow up appointments. So thankful to have found this practice and look forward to having a true family dentist that gets to know our whole family!

Dr. Harward is personable and thorough. He involves the patient in his/her dental care by letting the patient know what he/she can be doing between visits. He explains procedures thoroughly in terms that everyone can understand. Dr. Harward doesn’t attempt to promote unnecessary procedures but explains benefits and pitfalls of any service. He performs many procedures that some dentists would refer to specialists. He does excellent work and he is painless. He relates well to adults and children alike. We are glad our family has found Millpond Family Dental.
What an amazing experience from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist! Beautiful atmosphere too! I brought my kids in and Dr. Harward was gentle with them and explained everything in detail and discussed options. I was so grateful to have him fully explain what he saw, and then provided feedback on how to proceed. It was a conversation rather than just a talking to. Dr Stephen is amazing! Took the time to clean my teeth and was extremely informative and I didn’t feel rushed or like a burden at all. My experience definitely eased my dentist anxiety! Bonus: it is beautifully decorated and very clean!
