My six and nine year old sons visited Millpond Family for the first time this morning, and our experience could not have been better. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful admin staff, and the hygienists and doctor were each interactive with the kids in a way that was kind, clear, and respectful.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted warmly by Heather and immediately I felt comfortable. Within a few minutes Juanita came to get me, introduced herself as my hygienist. She was AMAZING!!! I was impressed with the website first, finding it welcoming and easy to view so I decided to call to make an appointment. Again, I was so impressed by the kindness and respect I received in the tone used with me, the patience exercised while answering my questions and the listening skills used to address my needs and wants. I was also impressed by the knowledge used to assist me in a way that helped me understand while also making me feel like my questions were important ones. I knew that I had to make an appointment when the love for her job shined through the phone in a way that I could practically see her big, caring smile. She explained what needed to happen before my appointment to make sure there were no surprises and/or more to do once I arrived. She kept searching for a time and day that worked best for me and then sent me paperwork, a reminder and made sure I understood the process. She reminded me after a week about something I needed to send in, and after I did, she made sure to check with insurance and then I knew exactly what I needed to pay for every service offered. I was so impressed with everything. Today when I arrived I could not have felt more appreciated again by the whole staff. The place was clean and beautiful. The dental caring room was comfy and convenient, with the X-ray machine, 3D scanner, cleaning supplies, X-ray reader/computer and screen all conveniently located within a door or two from me allowing me to comfortably relax and enjoy the visit. There was no rush feeling, as if others were more important. The staff took their time to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. They restated my questions to make sure they understood my concerns. The entire office was personable and caring. I canāt wait to move the whole family there.

First off - I just want to say how highly I recommend Dr. Harward. I have been a patient of his since about 2019 and I canāt say enough good things. Prior to my first visit with him, I was terrified of dentists and the entire experience after so many bad memories as a child and even poor work as a young adult. I ended up seeing Dr. Harward because I was having issues with work done by someone else, and after my appointment all of my concerns and pain were gone. I became a regular patient of his and enjoyed my visits, and he always was so kind and addressed all of my questions and concerns, no matter how long they took! He has helped me with fillings, cleanings, Invisalign, whitening, and tooth sensitivity and has been amazing with all of them. When I found out he started his own practice, my husband and I without a second thought, transferred to Millpond. His work and patient ābedsideā manner is unmatched to anyone Iāve ever seen before. My husband and I just had our first appointment at his new office and canāt say enough good things! From the appointment making process, to the front desk staff, to the hygienists.. everything was stellar. Top of the line equipment in the x ray rooms, too! It was refreshing to see a clinic with modernized equipment. All in all, I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Harward and his team at Millpond. We will definitely be back. Editing to add that we happily drive over 30 minutes to receive the level of care provided.

Shortly afterward, Dr. Harward came in and introduced himself. He was very friendly and wanted to know more about me, as I was new to the practice. His examination of my teeth was exceedingly thorough. Afterward, he described the plan for ongoing care. I could not have been more pleased with my appointment today. I've had two appointments with this practice and it was great both times. Dr. Harward and staff members are all very friendly and efficient. Wait time is very minimal and you have their full attentions and care while you are there unlike some other dental practices where they jump from patient to patient & leaving you in a room waiting for extended period of time. I highly recommend this place and I already got my cleaning appointment set up here. You can also book through online which is a plus for me.

Highly recommend this practice! The doctor came to my son's preschool for career day and we decided to schedule cleanings for our whole family. The front desk staff member and doctor/nurse were all so welcoming to both me and my 7 year old. My 7 year old had a previous experience at another practice that left him feeling very anxious about visiting the dentist and all the staff members were kind and patient with him and made him feel so at ease with the cleaning. They came up with a treatment plan to address some concerns that they found and got us scheduled quickly for follow up appointments. So thankful to have found this practice and look forward to having a true family dentist that gets to know our whole family!

This is our second visit to Millpond Family Dental and both were great. The dental hygienists and Dr. Harward were great at working with our 5 and 6 year old kids. I tried them out because their in-house dental membership plan beat the Cigna dental coverage I had, but I'll continue to go because my kids enjoy the experience with their personable staff. I also don't get anywhere near the impression that I'm being upsold on services, which I've felt at other dental practices in the past.

First time at Millpond Family Dental. First let me start with itās a brand new location located in the Millpond shopping center. However, this is not your ordinary dentist š¦· office. The staff is extremely friendly and will have you checked in and out like the star āļø you are. Once you make it to the exam room you are in for a real surprise. First up nice decor. Second the technology they are using is state of the art. Itās like you are on the HoloDeck aboard the starship Enterprise. I mean from X-rays and mouth scans to a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can relax while the staff perform their duties. Wait they even provide great conversation while you are in the chair. I had a great time and they made the experience feel like a spa albeit a dental spa but you get my point. How about when you are done you notice your lips feel dry donāt worry they apply Vaseline with an applicator. What practice does that really. Oh and let me say the doctor cleaned my teeth wow I have never experienced that in all my years going to the dentist. So to sum things up I recommend if you are in the market for a new dentist give this practice a try you wonāt be disappointed.
